Unfortunately, our tax laws are sometimes made to be complex, so that knowing, with certainty, what we are legally required to pay becomes less clear.
Our Firm's Philosophy
Frank M. Gruber, CPA's over 20 years of solid tax preparation experience comes to bear when effectively advising my clients on how to legitimately minimize their overall tax burdens, while at the same time, properly reporting their fair share on their tax returns. It takes experience and commitment to understanding the intricacies of our Tax System, and how our tax laws definitively apply to a variety of situations. We are committed to ensuring that our clients assume no more more than their fair share of the income tax burden, and at the same time, providing them with the peace of mind that we're not going to take a position on their tax return that will lead to problems with the taxing authorities. If you agree with our philosophy, we'd like to hear from you.
Our Firm's Typical Client
Our clientele are Christians of all ages who realize the balance between paying what is legally owed and being good stewards by minimizing taxes legitimately. They realize that having a licensed, professional tax preparer is part of being an effective steward. Our firm takes this responsibility seriously, and is committed to providing competent, cost-effective tax preparation and tax planning services. Our customers' incomes generally range anywhere from $25,000 to $300,000. Our fees for Individual tax preparation generally fall between $300 and $950. Our Clients are salaried employees, married, single, heads-of-households, small business owners, shareholders in small to medium-sized corporations, S-corporations, and Partnerships. Many of our clients also have investment portfolios and rental properties. Our business clients use Quickbooks extensively, so our firm is especially adept at dealing with their Quickbooks files.
How to Become a Client
Our firm is growing rapidly and we accept new clients each year from across the entire United States. If you would like us to prepare your tax returns and provide tax advice which assists you in your stewardship responsibilities, simply send us a COPY of your prior year tax returns, Federal and State (if your state has income tax). You can send it by US mail, fax or e-mail. See our
Contact Us page for our information. Having a copy of prior year tax returns allows us to be certain we are not missing anything. You may send these copies ANYTIME. Then, when you receive your tax documents for the year, forward those to us. We then begin the preparation of your Tax Returns, and will personally contact you as the preparation process is underway.
Our Firm relies entirely on referrals, so if you feel inspired, please share this website with a friend! Thank You.
